| Fireworks United is
a non-profit organization founded by concerned
citizens and small business owners familiar with
the fireworks trade and the difficulties facing
it. |

| We found that in some
circumstances, doing the right thing and providing
safe products that people want is just not enough. |
|
| Although every guideline
set forth was followed and every law enacted adhered
to, the enjoyment of fireworks is jeapordized
due to government inaction. |
|
| Thus, our ability
to provide fireworks to consumers and spectators,
the capacity of our small businesses to provide
jobs and paychecks to our employees and our overall
ability to operate a patriotic business in this
great country is threatened. |

| Essentially, we have
been pushed into a corner and we have formed Fireworks
United to fight our way out. |
