| The purpose
of forming the non-profit Fireworks United
is to act as a vehicle of support for those
United States citizens whom enjoy viewing
and igniting fireworks and to ensure that
those citizens will be guaranteed continued
access to fireworks for safe and patriotic
celebrations without undue harassment or
persecution from government. |

| We know that
most people don't think about fireworks
unless it's close to Independence Day, New
Year's Eve or some other special occasion
yet there is an entire trade that pursues
fireworks as fulltime employment and part
time hobby. The fireworks trade is composed
of small businesses that employ thousands
of citizens. Fireworks people are hard-working,
patriotic, entrepreneurs that enjoy creating
products that can light the imagination
of adults and children alike. |

| The problem we face is that
the ability to watch professional fireworks shows and
ignite legal fireworks is being threatened by government
inaction and we need your voice to maintain the centuries
old American tradition of fireworks celebrations. We
have created the non-profit action group, Fireworks
United, to ensure that this tradition may continue for
generations to come. Whether you enjoy sparklers or
booms, lighting fireworks in your yard or viewing a
spectacular city show, we need your help to keep imaginations
kindled, beauty unrestrained and patriotism alive. |
